Hahaha, as a Dane I love this! It's so easy to make a country seem unlikable, and to find horror stories. Great parody!

But the 10th picture isn't a politician though, he is our beloved Prince Henrik, but I guess you know that!

Someone should do a real one of these! I am visiting Copenhagen in the beginning of May.

Why does he put animals on his head? Is this some kind of fetish? I thought we were the weird ones when it comes to this?

No I think people have been a bit selective with the pictures. Here's one where he looks a lot more normal. http://www.bt.dk/sites/default/files-dk/node-images/396/3/3396493-prins-henrik.jpg

Loved the hot dog. I was less impressed with the a Little Mermaid statue when I visited.

I can understand why, I think most tourists visiting Copenhagen gets disappointed when they see the Little Mermaid statue, imo it's one of the least impressive attractions in Greater Copenhagen.

I live just north of Copenhagen, and some of my friends here haven't even seen it, because they don't think it would be worth the trip.

It's just a statue, man. That's all it is. There are FAR MORE exciting statues all around Copenhagen.

If you have time, go to the Lousiana Art Museum in stead.

Agreed, dont get the hype either. Thousands of chinese tourists and people on cruises visit it, and most of them seems surprised by the size of it. But honestly, what did they expect when it's called the little mermaid.

It was on the cover of my guide book when I visited! I felt compelled to see it! Haha! Not worth it at all. But, now I know.

The little Mermaid is really disappointing, but the adult version is much more pleasing to the eye. :)

I was in Copenhagen last year and stopped by Cafe Phonix close to the train station. The cheeseburgers there were awesome.
