The Schedule

All entries will be hidden for the first 48 hours.
Voting will open on Tuesday, after which all entries will be visible.

Contest mode will be enabled for another 24 hours. This will sort comments randomly, obscure vote counts, and automatically minimize child comments.
Contest mode will be disabled on Wednesday.

From there on out, each comment's vote total will be visible, and entries can be sorted by karma (just like any other reddit thread).
The battle will end on Saturday, April 30^th.

Next week's battle will be posted early Sunday morning.

Thanks. Content aware scale? No, I've never played around with that much. I don't know for sure, but I don't think it would give you that level of detail/clarity. I basically copied the head/neck and then pasted it repeatedly, then merged those layers to one. Then I used puppet warp (in many different steps) to get the curve. After that there's more copying/pasting bits of details and a little painted shading. Then the unwarped head is pasted on and the whiskers are painted in.

You're probably correct about the level of detail in the content aware function. I've only recently started working with it, so that's why I asked. You went the way I would have gone (copy/paste/warp/merge). Turned out really well!
