There are times I wish moments of our present history could be persevered without context just so thousands of years later humans can gather together somewhere to try and interpret what that Jesus painting was all about.

Eh, those old Jesus portraits can be found all over Europe. They're the most common type of religious art and every church has a few of them. She fucked up, but the art world didn't really suffer because of it.
