Micrsoft Account Hacked

My Microsoft account was hacked. I submitted a report to Microsoft first one was denied they said I didn't provide sufficient information, they did tell me to submit another form. I didn't get any response back. All of my college emails are in this account and my Minecraft account too.

Is the image them denying your reset request or the "hackers" reset request?

It’s an automated email I got back when I submitted the form second time. I got it the first time too. It states that they ignore these requests for some reason.
