You could cut my desire to drink by 95% and it would have no appreciable effect. My drinking is limited only by availability, the desire is infinite.

But the difference is, these drugs have a real difference. I have a friend who has lost 10st so far using the jab. He started at 30st. If he kept on like he was, he'd be destined for an early grave. Any side effect is negligible compared to what that level of obesity does.
