Questions/Advice Recently started Elvanse first week on 20mg then i go to 30mg next week and then i build up again, do I just keep to it daily I need advice

Cons from taking Elvanse, always drinking water, sweaty arm pits, I feel my heart maybe on another level but that might just anxiety,

still day dream a bit at work and think of other things while working but i also listen to music which is relaxing

Pros

no really intrusive thoughts, at work no overthinking or worrying.

At work, I am less negative, turning up to work, wanting to talk to people at work and have long conversation, less fluctuating of eyes when talking to someone.

Out of work less over thinking before having a social conversation, so i actually say what i want to say, texting people more often.

Feeling more lively and bubble

I am wanting to eat more and eat better in a good way, less worrying, basically no dark dark thoughts. I tend to get out of the house and exercise more often.

It is horrible to be in this house, but i am right in saying i keep going i have got this far, been in this position 6 months, and for past 3 years i would just go to work, come home play video games and do none of my dreams. Now I am planning my dreams out and hopefully going for them

It probably doesn't help where i live at the minute as I live with relatives and they hoard everything, I hope to move out by the end of April and go live with my brother.

Any advice would be much appreciate thanks

Some of those side effects may decrease as you settle on a dose like the higher heart rate. That said make sure you are tracking your heart rate over time so you know what the impact is ongoing in case its sitting at something like 120 instead of slightly elevated like 80-90. Some people actually report a lower heart rate than before the meds maybe because it actually lowers anxiety for many people.

Keep in mind you don't have to go up a dose if it's working well for you, work with your doctor on this closely and tell them if it starts making you feel crappy and constantly buzzed. You should feel more relaxed and not get hyper focused stuck on a task you don't want to blow time on. If you feel constantly buzzed after a week or two on a dose it might be too high in my experience anyway.
