ICE Nightmare... my scenario, along with millions of others. HANDS OFF my family!!!

ETA : This is my daily fear now... my nightmare ... the reoccurring scenario in my head!! My daughter and her boyfriend left the house smiling and laughing and we waved and said we love you be careful, you know the normal. But I didnt think to say RUN - I forgot to say not to talk to anyone - Now a phone call with our sweet girl sobbing, unconsolable, her guy , well that is the story ---- My sweet imp has been with her elven prince for 5years I think. He is like a son and we love him - he IS family!!! But on their way home .... a siren. were they going too fast? did they forget a signal? they didnt see anyreason. They told my daughter they didnt think she had on her seatbelt. Her damn seatbelt? yeah it was on... they stopped them because our Elf happens to be brown, the wrong color. Ice was called although our Elf is a natural born citizen... He is as american as I, doesnt matter where his parents came from..... My daughter sobbed on the phone-- please come get her come help. But we are helpless. as a mother I was so stunned - in shock and despair!! They had taken his belt and shoes, and POOF took off with him and would not tell us where. I dont know where to turn!!! I am panicked they --- they dissappeared him, our Imps guy - her elf prince for no other reason than -----that he is brown. Is he ever coming home???? we do not know ANYTHING. It has been 2 days!! my Daughter is in despair, the not knowing is horrible.. His mom is panicked and bereft and stuck in the same old situratiuon she has no where to turn that would not deport her for why? she pays taxes and is a community member... How can this happen in America... in my small town? well why not me why not here? it is happening everywhere to GOOD Innocent people. I am not special, - well I think I am pretty special but I am supposed to right? HOW HAVE WE COME TO THIS??? Ok -- so this IS my Nightmare - everyday, every story I here, every time they go anywhere I am worried, not if but when will it happen? I am just so just out of sorts, everyything is all kinds of wrong. Life is good but bittersweet and I am waiting on the rug to get pulled. How many others Have this fear????? Stay strong yall. I just had to get this off my chest.... Buckle in all!!!!! HANDS OFF!!!!!!!

Make sure he has your numbers on him, numbers to an immigration lawyer and to your elected federal representatives, as well. If there’s not any Ds elected in your state, he might want to have contact info for a well known D Senator in a nearby state. Like on his body. I used to work for Congress as a Legislative Caseworker and every office (usually in the state offices) has a full staff to help constituents cut through governmental red tape. Of course, things are beyond crazy right now, but if it does happen, you will want to try to create an immediate paper trail. With Canadians, Germans and Australians (probably tons of others that we don’t know about) getting nabbed and sent overseas, you have valid worries. Have a plan. Make sure others you know have a plan. My heart goes out to you and your family and everyone else who’s sane and decent in this country. I truly hope that you’ll never need this advice.

As I said in my story. This is my nightmare. He is a natural-born citizen. But they can disappear anyone without due process.
