QUESTION Is it just my ADHD?

Has anyone ever found themselves in a situation where they question whether their ADHD is the cause of certain work challenges or if a neurotypical would also find the same circumstances challenging?

ADHDers don’t have new challenges. We have the same challenges that NTs have. Ours are just more disabling.

I think anybody our challenges are 'common to man' but a bit extra to make life extra hard/impossible.

All the time! Like why is no one else bothered by the flickering lights, or why can’t I start this project straight away instead of waiting for the deadline.
