POSITIVITY Time Management Visual!
Wow, I just saw this, and it instantly clicked with me! Tomorrow, I want to print this out and post it over my computer at work as a visual guide when I start fuzzy-braining. Wish me luck!! 😅🤞

I've been very interested in the Eisenhower matrix since I first discovered it years ago.
However, I've never figured out how to apply it.
I've got tasks that have been backburnered for weeks, months, even years. Tasks that are important, not not urgent, but are so complex and require so many steps and so many exchanges with bureaucratic offices that it would be impossible to complete in an urgent manner. WTF box does that go into?
And delegate? Delegate to who? Is this a task management system for privileged jerkoffs who have underlings? All I got is me. Shit gets delegated to me. Every task in my life that is unimportant, boring and still needs to be done is going to get done by me. There is no one else.
Every once in a while I get desperate and try once again to apply the system to my increasingly intimidating list of shit to do. It has always been a waste of time. I end up blowing a few hours, sometimes a whole day, with no positive results.
I'm sure I'm doing it wrong. The Eisenhower matrix looks very helpful to me. But I've never got it to work for me.

This is called the Eisenhower matrix I think? I came across it before in all my searches on how to get stuff done but then it got buried in the deluge of helpful information that I can't prioritise lol
It does look good.

Honestly, I think this is missing a HUGE section: stuff you WANT to do. Hobbies aren't usually urgent, and often not all that important to productivity, but damn it I'm still going to spend time on them.
Productivity is important, yes, but we also need to have idle time for rest, reflection, and creative endeavors.

Now your brain only needs to prioritize this guide.
And thats why these things don't work for me (without meds). Except for the first one, urgent and important things work, but only if the deadline is in a minute or so
