Guys - Russia is already under sanctions. It's illegal to trade with them anyway.

You don't need tariffs on countries you can't legally trade with. Same with North Korea.

There's no point in putting tariffs on a country that has sanctions against them.

I'm sure you'd be hard pressed to find a bottle of vodka from Russia in the liquor store right now.
