Dude let his emotions get the best of him. He’s beyond lucky that kid wasn’t carrying. Because all around the kid thought he was gonna get hurt.

TLDR: some jackass using his veteran status, harassed a kid while the kid was fishing. jackass then boarded the kids boat, kid got the news and cops involved. jackass is no longer doing charters now, he is pending charges.
