Dont feed them right after you wake up; I started waiting an hour after my alarm and now they know me waking up to my alarm doesn’t = food

funny thing about those types of arlamclocks ... you can throw them into the room and they will come back by themselfs, except there is a wall obviously, or a hungry cat or ... yeah you get it :D

...or the cat will get it

During college, I started turning off the alarm and going back to sleep. Without thinking. This would probably have helped.
