Get some carpet or at least a runner and clip his nails my dude. Poor thing is slipping all over the place.

Maybe put some damn carpet down you jackass. This is terrible for his motor skills development and just his overall health, his hips are going to be a mess.

Don't needa be so harsh, dude prob doesn't know. I get why you'd be frustrated though.

It's not OP, so I don't think it's overly harsh. People adopt animals and don't take the time to learn to care for them properly. It's not just ignorance, it's total disregard for the animal.

I agree, however I am willing to bet that the owner either didn't know because he was never told or simply knew to get one and just hadn't done it yet. Either way, I still feel like he should be given the benefit of the doubt here. If you think otherwise, that's fine too. However, you've gotta look at it from his perspective, if you made the same mistake and had a genuine excuse like the examples previously shown, and didn't have any chance to explain yourself, it'd sound pretty unfair to you, right?

I appreciate your empathy and tendency to assume the best. No, I don't think it's unfair at all. If you act like a jackass, it's okay for someone to call you a jackass, that's how you learn how you've been acting. It's not some terrible insult or deep dig at their personality, I'm certain it won't affect them if they somehow stumble upon this post.

How do you teach a dog to like toys??? Our is a rescue pug who only cares about our hands, and her teeth can hurt!

This reminds me of the little guy who’s bouncing ball over while an Irish jig plays. Makes me smile. So cute!

Poor dog needs some footing. Slipping all over the floor. My dogs did this, ran into walls etc until we placed a few rugs.
