Foxes are not domestic pets. You've basically got a wild animal that's just going nuts.
Hope you've not got kids in the house.

Did you know they can't ever be fully house trained? I encourage you to look more into it.
Also, that domestication thing you're talking about only somewhat of a success (after more than 50 years of breeding). The more domesticated the foxes got, the more they changed physically in appearance.
A quote from this PBS article about the foxes - https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.pbs.org/newshour/amp/science/domesticated-foxes-genetically-fascinating-terrible-pets
"One of the lab's most interesting findings is that the friendly foxes exhibit physical traits not seen in the wild, such as spots in their fur and curled tails. Their ears show weird traits, too.
Like puppies, young foxes have floppy ears. But the ears of domesticated foxes stay floppier for a longer time after birth, said Jennifer Johnson, a biologist who has worked with Kukekova since the early 2000s."
People trying to keep foxes as pets is actually very sad. They don't realize what they're getting into, and then try to resell or give up the fox.... But animal shelters won't take them. Foxes that are bred for captivity can never be released into the wild, either. So they end up in animal sanctuaries or rescues, if they make it that far.
You should look into Juniper Foxx, she's the face of an exotics rescue. All of the foxes in the rescue have a story, and they're all sad ones.

I'm intrigued 🤔. A fox 🦊 as a pet is a bit different. I bet they are super smart and get in lots of trouble!
