Accepted out of state RD! 3.83 UW 4.23 W, 34/316 class rank, 1490 SAT and 34 ACT, I have no clue how good my essays were because no one read them except for me, OK extra curriculars (competitive gymnastics winning a national medal and some state medals, quiz bowl, volunteering, and producing music). I'm gonna be a math major

Anyone know when they will release acceptances to the OOS rank and file? Not Monroe or 1693, etc?

What does a likely letter look like? We haven't gotten one, and it's my daughters top choice, and she's shown a lot of demonstrated interest (albeit we did get some mail in the fall) but we are OOS.

it looks like a postcard- the back is green with the w&m logo on it (looks a lot like a piece of college mail) and the front should have some information about the w&m cypher and say stuff about "anticipating to send you good news this spring" with a handwritten note from an admissions officer. I wouldn't worry too much if your daughter doesn't get one- they only send them out to about 25% of students they accept and a lot of it depends on when they read your application.

My daughter submitted it in late November, so I'm sure the time aspect is fine. Would you mind disclosing your rough area of residence in terms of mail time?

I'm in Maryland and received the letter two days ago. I submitted my application late December.

We will be hoping + praying then that the USPS is incompetent. Congrats on your likely acceptance!

If you've finished the application process and have 15 minutes, take the 2025 A2C Census!
