Since your legitimately asking, no. Jinx’s fluids like tears do, but it was injected into her vains, is very unlikely it would actually reach down their, the only thing that would realistically have shimmer in it, is her virgin blood.
Wrong, if is in her blood and tears, there is no reason to believe it is not in every other fluid of her body, especialy wehere there is the mucous membrane, which is the case down there. Been in her blood means iot travels all around in it back and forth.
Because we can see the shimmer infect her eyes, their are different fluids down their, it’s not likely the shimmer would reach all of them, if she did, and if it did, it wouldn’t be strong enough as the actual shimmer, so not surely addicting.
Oh, I just that since it's in her blood it would be part of her whole body, she has boosted strength which reaches all of her body including her legs as she can jump high in the battle against Vi.
Apex shimmer might not be as addictive as the original.

Hi, Singed nerd here, the answer is unfortunately no. Shimmer act upon the user, and changes their molecular structure. In case you missed it, it repairs a user's body from within (see Warwick for example of its compacity). It would be like eating someone else's antibodies, except then thr antibodies would try to fix you.
Basically, ekko doesn't risk addiction, just metamorphosis–eventually becoming identical to jinx, depending on potency
It seems like shimmer is psychoactive—at least when first consumed, as that provides incentives for people to keep taking it. It's shown that the people who can't stop taking it are either physically crippled (say missing a limb) or dying from the pollution Piltover pumps into lower Zaun. Bassically, the more ill a person is, the more dependant they become, as it is the only thing keeping them alive
