Light Cleric is the strongest cleric in BG3 imo, although sadly it's not thematic with Shadowheart. Light Cleric's high damage, especially AoE damage, is very powerful at every point in the game.

I mean kinda. In DnD, Selûne has three different domains, with only two of them in the Player’s Handbook (Twilight, Life, and Knowledge). But without mods, I set her to Light Domain after she becomes a Selûnite because I like offensive spellcasters. And if you’re wondering, Shar’s domains are Death and Trickery.

Interesting. I kept wondering because everyone said Trickery made sense but honestly, I felt she was not that close to a trickster as to a survivor.

That’s why when Patch 8 comes out, I’m gonna reclass all my Shadowhearts to Death Domain because the Trickery Domain is one of the weaker ones.

I don’t get the light domain, it feels underwhelming whenever I try it. Tempest is where it’s at for

Warding flare, radiance of the dawn, scorching ray, and fireball are all very strong and get accessed at a steady cadence such that light cleric's power curve is very nice.

It's not one of those caster builds with back loaded power that you access in the mid or late game. Light cleric is early, mid, and late game power.
