Seriously. She is the sole reason for one of the main songs on the freakin' soundtrack. Plus, she's an awesome character. I'd love to have her in the party constantly making bad songs with the occasional masterpiece.

Technically, if you kill durge before every long rest with alfira in your party for the moment where durge kills her you can kind of have her as a companion.

I tried killing Durge when she showed up at camp and she died anyway :(
