okay to be sane for a second, in the Zsasz tapes Dr Cassidy gets stalked by Victor, to the point he shows up at her doorstep.

and in here we see she has 4 days/hours/whatever of overtime way higher than any other doctor, she probably no longer feels safe in her own appartment after that.
