Her Instagram mentioned England so I assume she's in the UK where (to my knowledge, anyway. idk, I'm in the US) medical expenses don't lead to crippling debt.
Just an FYI, There appears to be something significantly wrong with that Instagram account if you go directly to it and may possibly be unsafe. I don't know if you know her personally but you should probably let her know. I have no Instagram account myself.
My mistake. Move along.
From the Browser Console:
Stop!
neg6V1FU4PW.js:236
This is a browser feature intended for developers. If someone told you to copy-paste something here to enable an Instagram feature or "hack" someone's account, it is a scam and will give them access to your Instagram account.

That's normal. That warning that appears on every facebook/instagram/threads page to remind people not to copy/paste 3rd party scripts into the console.
Oh, interesting. I read that wrong. Thanks for the correction. I think they could have worded that a bit better. My developer mind went to the fact that someone may have added something to the code to produce that warning.
Didn't help the page wasn't working when I loaded it (which is why I went to the console in the first place). Adding to the confusion.
