Used to carry those bags for living... 1200kg an hour so nothing that impressive. I can't say i haven't stepped my foot in a gym but i don't think those very occasional visits really count here. I'm absolutely not strong, just tenacious. The kind of muscles you get from working are totally different kind that you get from working out.
i think ur half right half wrong, working vs exercising as MOST do builds different levels of strength, CNS patterns, and hypertrophy. look up macbell training and then think about a guy who does lat raises and chest press... most bodybuilder hypertrophy training leads to stiff and generally one note movement patterns that cannot be adapted, but when you train your joints through the full sockets you get very mobile, as for strength... lifting heavy shit makes you better at lifting heavy shit. the rep ranges for most "bodybuilders" are something something 8-12, but max strength u should be shaking at 3-4 at most before u gotta rest. sandbag training is what i do for that "work" strength
