There's so much that isn't amazing about this; the only thing I find amazing is how much "God" is thrown around in American government, the legal system, etc.

Freedom of religion means everyone is free to believe what they want, AND it shouldn't impact or be part of governance. Yet, here we are, still printing that shit on our currency, having it said in courts, presidents saying it to the people... Separation of church and state hasn't happened ever, not one single time.

You clearly misinterpreted my comment because it has zero relevance to anything you said. We both used the term god, but the connection ends there. Did you read the word god and become enraged? I’ve been there

I absolutely misinterpreted your usage of the word "God" considering the judge said "God bless you" in a court of law.

Clearly we are not on the same page that "God" has no place in a court of law. You clearly believe something else.

And, you obviously misinterpreted my thoughts as being "enraged".

The person you’re replying to wasn’t talking about god in the court of law. They were commenting on the unfairness of a 96 year old being cancer-free while his much younger son has cancer. Like, “god doesn’t give a fuck” because terrible things happen to people who don’t deserve it. They literally said nothing about god in relation to law lol.

When people add an "lol" to anything online, it reeks of having zero integrity.

That said, the entire post was about LAW... it was a ruling in a court of LAW. They didn't have to "literally" say anything about "god in relation to law" because the post was about a judge ruling in a court of LAW. And, one would surmise that someone making a comment on said post talking about a court ruling, they bring about "God" out of nowhere, I must assume it has something to do with the actual post. And, if you watched the video, you would know that the judge used "God" in the video.

You are the one commenting about something that isn't applicable whereas I was taking the content provided, reading a comment that I presumed was based on the content provided, and gave my additional thoughts on the matter. Turns out, the original comment brought "God" into it for no other reason than their own personal views. I then commented and said I clearly misinterpreted. Then, here you are, "lol"ing because of what exactly? Other than to try and talk down to someone?
