I didn’t think I could be anymore “Aww” until he meowed. So. Freaking. Cute.

My cats also (as I found out the term through Reddit, ofc) “trill”. I called it a purr-meow because that’s essentially what is taking place, but now I get to say I have kitties who trill and that sounds almost as adorable at they are 🤷🏻‍♀️ they do it when they jump while they’re playing or hoping up on the bed for pets and it’s the cutest thing in the world (they’re brother/sister I rescued from a barn litter and they get along better than anything I could have every hoped for ❤️)

Weird. I heard that yowl as a challenge: "All the light touches is mine, come at me, brah!"

Haha to me it sounds like he’s trying to say ‘Hello’! I had a cat who used to come to our front door and do that lol

I have also heard cats make a similar call -- at any hour they choose -- and they definitely demanded to be fed.

Ok some do make an incomprehensible yowl but I swear a select few are saying howdy 🤠
