Agreed. My first thought when seeing this. For any place to look THAT bad, the person is beyond saving and needs intensive psychiatric help. To see that there was an innocent animal and possibly kids getting affected to that degree by this persons lack of care is sad. I understand letting things go if it only affects you, but to let it ruin other people's lives takes an insane lack of empathy on their part.
