My favorite subtle element of this scene is how Podrick stares daggers at him the whole time and for a brief split of a second you can see him put his hand on his dagger like he's prepared to knife Tormund if he makes one move towards his Lady.

I fuckin love that kid. I’m not this far in the show but I’m on the last books (we ain’t gettin winds of winter…) and it’s funny how he switches between “ser. my lady”

"They didn't take the gold? Sit down Podrick, we're going to need details. Copious details..."

I'm a 6'7 guy and I know a 6'2 girl and we have a marriage pact for this reason. If we're both single at 40 we're gonna get married just for the monster Olympian babies we could have.

You should look up fertility statistics.

My friend and his wife are both 6'+. I'm so annoyed they aren't having kids because that kid would have been a d1 hockey player if he could tie his skates on.

We both play volleyball lol. Girls who will be above 6' start getting recruited by colleges at 15 yrs old.

Yeah I think her college tried to recruit her even though she barely played. Not a lot of volley ball interest on the canadian border.

Height is somewhat heritable, but genetics are still weird. I'm 6'2", which is 2 inches taller than my dad despite my mother only being 5'1". Meanwhile, my wife is 5'10", our daughter only ended up being 5'4", and our son is still growing but he's short for his age.
