I bet he will have a very successful deer hunting season this year.

29

u/togocann49 2d ago

Looks like word got out about good vittles. Might need some more cups of snacks though

17

u/CybGorn 2d ago

And to them you are the baby daddy who feeds and cares for them.

13

u/AsunderMango_Pt_Two 2d ago

And meanwhile, my fiancee and I are happy that we have one squirrel that we hand feed......that guy's got an entire pack of Forest Puppies!

4

u/minnesotaupnorth 1d ago

Forest Puppies!

12

u/throatkaratechop 2d ago

That's amazing.....unless you have a dog that likes to eat and roll in wild animal poops, ask how I know.

2

u/Tendas 2d ago

The silly ape with laughable smelling skills doesn't know we must always mask our scent for the inevitable hunt that occurs every morning and evening.

3

u/throatkaratechop 2d ago

My dog thinks he's rambo first blood

Bro loves ticks

24

u/Ok_Fig705 2d ago

It's all fun and games until they learn how to knock at the back door at 6am in the morning every morning.... JK it's annoying but they're sooooooo cute and sweet wouldn't trade it for sleeping in again

u/charlie2135 2d ago

Friend moved rural and when he left for work in the dark in the morning heard a noise from his backyard. He quietly walk around to the back of his house and startled some deer that were there.

Said he nearly got trampled as he was in their way of getting out of there.

6

u/SnooPredictions6197 2d ago

Thats a big family

5

u/_2BKINDR 2d ago

Word is out! Human has good food, and he loves us 🤗

u/s_c_boy 2d ago edited 2d ago

Don't mean to be "that guy," but this isn't cool. Don't feed the wild life. They become dependent on it and form bad habits around how they get their food. This looks fun but if we all did it, the critters will end up suffering.

4

u/tesat 2d ago

Exactly. I don’t understand people cheering for this.

1

u/LeonardMH 1d ago

True, but if we all do it for like 30,000 years we might end up with pet deer.

3

u/2_Cr0ws 2d ago

Oh, deer.

3

u/bexxyrex 2d ago

He's the deer whisperer

3

u/bernpfenn 2d ago

what an exciting encounter. He is the most daring of the whole gang. Beautiful animals

3

u/BigPileOfTrash 2d ago

At first I was like,” is that beer?” If so, he will need a keg. ( I was also like, “deer should not be drinking beer”). Maybe deer beer is okay?

5

u/new-fl-gal 2d ago

That is absolutely amazing....what a feeling that must be 😁

12

u/calicoconduit1 2d ago

Please don’t do that. It’s not safe for the animals or humans.

20

u/TheyCallHimJimbo 2d ago

It's fine, deer and humans both are in no danger of going extinct. Natural selection will fix it. In a day you will have forgotten all about it anyway, don't let it stress you out.

2

u/ScoutCommander 1d ago

This is how diseases like CWD spread

4

u/calicoconduit1 2d ago

I am not. I don’t let small thinks like this get to my head. I have family to take care. In any case. This guy probably been doing it for a while anyway. Who cares live the way you want to live. Be a good human being is more important other peoples opinions. Have a blessed day.

4

u/kingtroll355 2d ago

The Reddit whisperer lol

8

u/pyschosoul 2d ago

I mean... they'll likely stay close to his house at that point and if he's out in the country and owns land he can just no hunting no trespassing his property. And while that doesn't guarantee they won't wander off somewhere out of your control theyll mostly be domesticated. As long as he keeps feeding them, maybe plant an alphalpha field for them to graze on he can just have a pet herd.

4

u/obolikus 2d ago

Average Reddit commentor, zero fucking context and still making baseless claims about animal cruelty. If you lived around dear you would know that this isn’t a problem.

9

u/Go_Pack_Go1 2d ago

Illegal to feed them where I’m at due to chronic waste disease.

5

u/Big-Active3139 2d ago

Deer, it's spelled deer. If you are going to preach, at least spell it right.

1

u/obolikus 2d ago

Autocorrect moment

1

u/Big-Active3139 1d ago

Why do people record videos like this? Like a selfie with a thousand yard yet smug stare while whatever I'm supposed to be looking at is going on behind them?

1

u/bdubzz94 2d ago

My buddy started throwing out nuts and corn to a squirrel. Now he has 12-16 showing up daily.

My Dad was buying Deer Chow and feeding them in his yard(Atascadero,Ca) for the last ten-twelve years of his life. After HUNTING deer for the previous 40!

1

u/OHCHEEKY 1d ago

The deer feeder

1

u/Narcan9 16h ago

I was at a client's house in the Colorado mountains. It was early spring with snow on the ground. The guy took out a bucket of grains and threw a bunch on the driveway. In less than a minute there were 15 deer to eat it up. They must have been hidden in the tree line about 50 yards away, watching the entire time.

1

u/IameIion 2d ago

That's a lot of meat. Guy needs a business mindset.

7

u/SlowBrainFastHeart 2d ago

Exactly! Can’t just enjoy the trust and majesty of nature- Gotta murder it and profit too 🥴 😅

-2

u/an_unlikely_variable 2d ago

Hunting made easy

1

u/Harlzter 1d ago

What a great idea, commercialise it and call it oh I don't know, maybe "farming"

1

u/TheyCallHimJimbo 2d ago

"Deer are so skittish and shy!"

Guy: *has a tiny bit of food*

Deer: "guys look isn't that Snow White? Let's gracefully flock towards her!"

-1

u/IwearBrute 2d ago

Well no wonder why in the other video the dear just kicks open the door and makes himself at home, her husband would just let them in.

-2

u/CuriousNomad3868 2d ago

Poor thing, seems to be thirsty 😕 😢 😔

-2

u/Fit-Mud-5682 2d ago
