And meanwhile, my fiancee and I are happy that we have one squirrel that we hand feed......that guy's got an entire pack of Forest Puppies!

That's amazing.....unless you have a dog that likes to eat and roll in wild animal poops, ask how I know.

It's all fun and games until they learn how to knock at the back door at 6am in the morning every morning.... JK it's annoying but they're sooooooo cute and sweet wouldn't trade it for sleeping in again

Friend moved rural and when he left for work in the dark in the morning heard a noise from his backyard. He quietly walk around to the back of his house and startled some deer that were there.
Said he nearly got trampled as he was in their way of getting out of there.

At first I was like,” is that beer?” If so, he will need a keg. ( I was also like, “deer should not be drinking beer”). Maybe deer beer is okay?

Please don’t do that. It’s not safe for the animals or humans.

It's fine, deer and humans both are in no danger of going extinct. Natural selection will fix it. In a day you will have forgotten all about it anyway, don't let it stress you out.

I am not. I don’t let small thinks like this get to my head. I have family to take care. In any case. This guy probably been doing it for a while anyway. Who cares live the way you want to live. Be a good human being is more important other peoples opinions. Have a blessed day.

I mean... they'll likely stay close to his house at that point and if he's out in the country and owns land he can just no hunting no trespassing his property. And while that doesn't guarantee they won't wander off somewhere out of your control theyll mostly be domesticated. As long as he keeps feeding them, maybe plant an alphalpha field for them to graze on he can just have a pet herd.

Average Reddit commentor, zero fucking context and still making baseless claims about animal cruelty. If you lived around dear you would know that this isn’t a problem.

Deer, it's spelled deer. If you are going to preach, at least spell it right.

Looks like people at my last yard sale trying to get into my garage early, except these deer are more polite. 😂

Why do people record videos like this? Like a selfie with a thousand yard yet smug stare while whatever I'm supposed to be looking at is going on behind them?

My buddy started throwing out nuts and corn to a squirrel. Now he has 12-16 showing up daily.

this is similar to the bird video where a lady feeds one bird hash browns and then the rest of the gang swoops in

I was at a client's house in the Colorado mountains. It was early spring with snow on the ground. The guy took out a bucket of grains and threw a bunch on the driveway. In less than a minute there were 15 deer to eat it up. They must have been hidden in the tree line about 50 yards away, watching the entire time.

That's a lot of meat. Guy needs a business mindset.

"Deer are so skittish and shy!"
Guy: *has a tiny bit of food*
Deer: "guys look isn't that Snow White? Let's gracefully flock towards her!"

Well no wonder why in the other video the dear just kicks open the door and makes himself at home, her husband would just let them in.
