Nature Kummakivi, a rock in Finland that has been balancing on top of another rock for 11,000-12,000 years.

I'd go the other route and balance a bigger rock on top.

I don't think you have the stones to pull that off

I wouldn’t take that for granite

Probably some American a**hole. Someone who took a great selfie at Dachau. I'm American, just FYI.

Haha, I too love destroying natural landmarks in other countries! Wanna team up and go tag the Grand Canyon or start some brush fires near Uluru and go watch them from the top? /s

It wasn’t like that at all. The ents just got bored way back when.

So what was it doing 12,001 years ago? Was it part of a glacier?

Is that a dog under the rock?

You know im a nature lover and despise people that fucking do stupid shit and I would be pissed if someone fucked that up. All that being said I feel like If I was there in person I would try my hardest and give it a push to see lol 😂😂. My intrusive thoughts would win for sure. No way I could move it of course. I just dont think I could help my self.

In regards to all the "push it over" comments; couldn't the Finns just put it back up, make the silly "American" pay for the job, and say the streak interruption doesn't count?

Until some flipping influencer decides to push it over for likes

I wonder what kind of effort it would take to push it over?

According to old nordic legends lone rocks like this ended up where they are because they were thrown by angry giants. How else would they get there, far from any slopes or mountains?

Eventually we figured out that they were picked up by glaciers and ice sheets during the ice age, then left behind when the ice melted.

its an earthquake confirmation device by an ancient wise man. 😆

And before then?

12,000: rock balance

12,001: rock not balance?

1

u/Otherwise-Monitor745 3h ago

Was that put there by ice melting?

u/PrinceVince1988 3h ago

Since we cant explain this it definitely must have been done by aliens…
