Just adopted these brothers on Wednesday from the local rescue. They started life out on the street, but are quickly acclimating to a nice safe home life.

As far as they're concerned, this is just how life works.

Become sentient in an alley one day after weeks of blurriness, confusion, the warmth of mom, then one day you're having an existential I-meow-therefore-I-am?? crisis, and you're suddenly scooped up by The Giant Claw, spoken to in gibberish, stared at, pinched and washed and weighed, stuffed into the first of many lovely cardboard boxes, and catnapped to a warm place with free food and massage.

The kittens: "Okay."
