Small batch, single-source live rosin pressed in-house. Building from the ground up.

What’s up y’all— I’m Dex, running the backend systems and marketing for Elk Creek Genetics, a new—but fully licensed—cannabis brand built off a long-running family grow in Northern California.

We only press what we grow. No remixes. No white label. Everything is: • Grown in living soil • Sun-fed, hand-trimmed • Cold-cured, first-pull live rosin • Pressed by @hellawaxxy (if you know, you know)

Strains we’ve got: • Acapulco Kush • Blueberry Mintz • Donkey Kong • Frosted Vineyard

Our focus isn’t to “go viral” or push fake collabs. We’re building community, sharing our process, and growing this brand organically—one drop at a time.

Just wondering: what keeps you coming back to a rosin brand? Is it the press? The strain? The people behind it?

Open to convo and good energy. Appreciate the read.

Flavor, potency (both high and legs), harshness, strain variety, and clear genetic lineage of those strains. Easily accessible, current, and accurate COA's. Inner seals, not just a cap.

There is nothing wrong with 2nd press, can help with margins on the first press, and a lot of people are fine with it, even if it's an inferior product.

Inferior only because of thc content but you get your cbn and cbg in second press so like I use for pain second press is great but I usually buff it with extra diamond

I more meant inferior because of lack of terps, im personally fine with 50-60% if it's also high in terps. Cbd and cbg are great for the evening, I agree. I dont usually add diamonds to rosin, but I will definitely add them to saucey resin to change the consistency and buzz.

Be a customer company, for the people. Keep the good vibes and don’t chase money. Peace and love

Quailty of resin and genetic lineage are paramount imo.

If u r entering the thca market, then full testing would be phenomenal! Pesticides, mold, terpenes, etc…

For sure, that’s honestly the bare minimum for us. We’re running full panel testing across everything— mold, pesticides, heavy metals, terp profiles—the whole nine. We know a lot of people say “clean” without showing proof, but we’re trying to do this the right way from the start. It’s not just about making a sale, it’s about building real trust with people who actually care about what they’re putting in their body. So yeah, appreciate you bringing that up…it’s something we take seriously.

We’ve got a lot of love for taste and terp profiles, but we also take potency and effect seriously.

COAs are available, definitely planning on sharing a full panel test results so you can see what’s really in the product. Transparency is a big part of what we stand on. Appreciate you holding us to a high standard. If the product doesn’t work, that feedback matters to us too.
