He’s honestly come so far! We’re working through his chronic rhinitis to see if it helps, but he was rescued from a hoarding situation a little over a year ago and he’s come such a long way since we’ve been working with him.
Whenever we let him out of his “safe space” to explore new areas he gets extremely stimulated, but that’s just a new piece of the Freddy puzzle to figure out.
Within the last couple months he’s started being very affectionate toward us when we sit on the floor with him and play with his favorite toy! Purring so much he starts to drool, it’s amazing! It lasts for approximately 15 minutes and he gets too stimulated and turns into a biting boy again. But it’s safe to say we’re getting there!
Thank you for the explanation. I was really worried about Freddie’s reaction because he seemed about on the brink of a panic attack. I’m glad to know he’s with someone knowledgeable and experienced. I hope Freddie lives his best life with y’all!
