Also they watch out breathing to keep an eye out for their safety. Just like having someone shriek or startle while your sleeping will wake you into a panic.

Not me, my girlfriend was screaming bloody murder because a spider landed on her, instead of waking up in a panic, I woke up saying "could you wait till the morning for that
