I'm in no way an expert but this could be a sign of worrisome conditions your cat might have
Head pressing is when a cat (or dog) continuously presses its head against a wall or other hard surface for no apparent reason. This behavior isn't the same as when a cat just rests near a wall or occasionally leans on something while lounging — it’s more compulsive and prolonged, often with the animal standing and not appearing relaxed. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Head_pressing
