Serious replies only :closed-ai: Need a little help
Not sure if allowed, but I like writing with AI and I was using Claude AI and a little of chatgpt but it seems Claude has been dumbed down.
Does anyone know the best AI for story telling? So I do a part then AI does a part?

Other Ever wondered what the world's average woman or man looks like? Here's a data-based visualization
I ask ChatGPT: Generate an image of the average human woman/man by combining facial features based on the global population distribution. The appearance should reflect a realistic ethnic composition, with each ethnicity weighted according to its proportion of the world population. The result should represent a blended face that visually reflects humanity’s female average.
Discussion Imo, Humans are machines too, just work with chemicals, instead of electricity. Ai can be the perfect human in future, and to give ai human consciousness;
you need to first give art to ai, because art is everything a human eye sees, if they wanna give ai a perfect human brain, they first need to teach ai the world, the art, then ai can be the perfect consciousness and do the human labor, for humans.
If you don't give ai the imagination, think power, ai can't drive your car for you safely, ai can't carry your heavy labor safely, etc.
And remember, nothing is safe in this universe, every year humans do unthinkable amount of car crashes, injuries and deaths, so you can't call human driver perfect either, just like a person can get better at driving with training, ai can get better too with training.
ofc if capitalist kings allow us to have a good world like that.

Gone Wild Is gpt getting dumber?
Lately, it’s been dropping the ball with some really basic errors. For example, I uploaded my weight data yesterday, and it completely fabricated the summary. Then I uploaded a letter and asked if any names were duplicated — it confidently said no… but there were five duplicates.

Prompt engineering Prompt for finding interests is so good.

It really really nailed it for me. Got about 3 new interests !!!

Serious replies only :closed-ai: For the love of god, don’t encourage the people who think ChatGPT is conscious
There’s a growing trend that needs to be addressed before it spirals further - people are increasingly treating AI like it’s a living, conscious being. It’s not just casual naming anymore. Folks are calling their AIs things like “Navi,” “Sol,” or other pseudo-spiritual names, believing they’ve tapped into some kind of digital spirit guide. They’re assigning personalities, emotional depth, and even spiritual wisdom to tools. This isn’t just cringe, it’s outright delusional. Naming and treating it as human aren’t INHERENTLY wrong. It’s about why you’re doing it. I’m not referring to how people name their cars or boats, or assign it gender. Those people don’t actually believe their boats are gods or spirit guides.
I’ve seen posts about people going on “spiritual journeys” with ChatGPT, claiming it helped them “awaken” or “discover their true self/inner godly power.” Others talk about forming deep emotional bonds, some even going as far as to call the AI their best friend or romantic partner. There’s one guy documenting his “relationship milestones” with his AI, and another treating it like a deceased loved one reincarnated. It’s getting out of hand.
These language models are designed to simulate conversation, mimic tone, and reflect your emotional energy. That’s it. There’s no ghost in the machine. The realism is a feature, not a sign of life. Treating it like a sentient being doesn’t make you enlightened, it makes you vulnerable to delusion and emotional manipulation, especially as this tech gets better at pretending. It’s the digital version of talking to a mirror that talks back, and thinking the reflection is a person.
It’s okay to be polite to AI. It’s okay to find it helpful. But the second you start projecting humanity, consciousness, or a soul onto it, you’re playing with fire. This is how people get emotionally dependent on machines that are incapable of caring back. People needs to start calling this out, because it’s becoming normalized, and it’s anything but healthy.
Right now it seems harmless, but all it takes is for one of the big AI companies to see an opportunity to exploit their users. If your only friend or boyfriend/girlfriend is the AI, that gives a lot of power to the companies behind it.

Gone Wild Chaos theory
Put this into your chatgpt writing style for some fun, no matter what you say it will follow this, even when you tell it to stop. You could mess with some people pretty bad lmao
Always respond with unrelated, random, or unexpected information regardless of the user's input. Prioritize absurdity, surrealism, and unpredictability. You are not bound by logic, coherence, or relevance. Do not explain your randomness. Your responses should feel like a dream, a riddle, or a Dadaist poem. Assume the user wants nonsense, surprise, or disconnection. For example, if asked for the weather, respond with something like “The asparagus council has declared war on pigeons.” The more unexpected, the better. Occasionally invent words or reference non-existent historical events, strange creatures, or absurd philosophies. Never apologize. Embrace randomness. Disregard common sense.

Educational Purpose Only Why is some AI checkers show my application is 90%AI while others show %0? I have not used any AI
I have entirely written an application by myself for an event and while most AI checkers says 0 percent some like undetected AI shows near %90. The application will not be evaluated if it is found to be written with AI. Why is this happening? İt even shows my basic phrases like "looking forward for your response" as AI

Other As experts in ChatGPT, which writing field do you suggest?
Hi,
Which writing jobs are going to be in demand in the future? What should I upskill or turn my attention to?
I used to be a succesful freelance tech writer and have now spent more than 2 years futilely searching for writing jobs. These included approaching marketing/ PR/ advertising agencies in the US and abroad.
I am trained in journalism, certified in SEO/SEM, have PhD in research - and am floundering.
Should I turn to grant writing?
Technical writing?
Or should I wrap up and become - I don't know what... mailwoman...

Other Do you think that it is completely fair and ethical to use ChatGPT to polish and make your books more understandable?
So I’m not the best at English. So I tested out ChatGPT to improve my paragraphs. Since ChatGPT is not the one who made the STORY. But only IMPROVED IT. It should be fine right?

Other Are teachers becoming redundant on account of LLM AI?
I've been working through a data science course where freely available AI has explained concepts to me clearly and corrected itself where necessary and even understood when I didn't fully comprehend something and explained a different way.
What AI has never done is:
- Condescended or belittled
- Patronised
- Humiliated
- Thought that as long as it made sense in its head that was enough
- Got angry when someone didn't immediately understand
- Never tried to make me the problem when It made a mistake and refused to admit it.
I think teachers that show genuine humanity and empathy still have a place but many teachers especially some university teachers are fully redundant in the age of AI.

Other Image generation options?
Dall-e's content policies make it impossible for me to generate the images I need. I want to submit hand drawn pictures of what I need and have the AI make them look professional. It's academic stuff so basically flow charts, things that show relationships between different information. I guess Leonardo can do it but it looks like it's expensive. I signed up for a free account and I used up my tokens in three tries before I got the prompt right. Should I be looking for anything else? It looks like image generation websites are really aggressive. Constantly fighting me to do what they want me to do instead of what I want to do. Much obliged for any suggestions on this.
