Image Help with a Hymn

Family member left this hymn to be played at the funeral, however we can’t seem to find this anywhere. Is anyone familiar with it

So I’ve tried searching different sites, but I’ve found nothing. Do you happen to have the name of the hymnal and when it was published? Does the hymn have any meta data, like meter (CM, 8 7 8 7, etc) or something like that?

The cover says rejoice with us, the best inside cover says Cursillos in Christianity Diocese of London. Publish led 1980 original 1968. There’s a D next to the title on the index but I assumed that was the key (edited to add details)

There is a hymn called "Jesus Is All the World to Me" (Will Thompson)

What you have there might just be a poem they found, assuming it to be a hymn...
