Even if there was some implication of racist behavior, none of it matters anyway. The kid escalated the conflict to the point of literally murdering somebody. Of course this freak posts a picture of the murderer in a suit and the victim holding a gun.

Every state has different laws, but I think there has to be a legitimate fear of fatality. Even if there was pushing and shoving (which isn't cool) a knife is escalating the situation to something that it wasn't.

Self defense is only a legitimate argument if the person responds with an equal amount of force. The murderer escalated, therefore it’s his fault and has zero claim to self defense. It’s incredible how this works on the left, if a person charges at a cop with a knife and the knife wielder is shot, it’s the cop’s fault even though they’re responding with an equal amount of force but leftists scream the cop should have used a taser instead.

Touching someone with no intention of harm isn’t gonna justify getting murdered. Self-defense trials have to prove the defendant felt in imminent danger with no room to relieve the situation. Not only did the victim not show overt threatening behavior, eyewitness accounts say the killer threatened him first.

I’ve played sports before and I’m sure the kid was somewhat of a jerk and most basketball and football players are.

Also not that this makes it any better but he should have just fought the other kid or argued instead of stabbing him because when he did that he really crossed a line that cannot be undone.

My final question was where was his parents and why in the world did they raise him like this because it’s not just “okay” to murder someone. Of course he confessed to the crime but it doesn’t make the situation any better.
