help Question for anyone?

I got a 10x16 shed built so I can work in it year round. The floor, walls, and ceiling are all spray foamed. Problem is it's 85 degrees in summer and they spray foamed over the 2 vents. Would clearing those help cool it down a bit?

I am not an expert but I would say yes, it should help. But those vents may need to be cleared anyways just for basic circulation not related to heat or cold. You may need to install a small AC unit to truly get it cooler in there during hot summer days.

I have a small ac unit in now that vents hot air out and blows cold air in.
