Does this wall require full plastering (professional)

Hard to say without viewing it in person but on the face of it looks fine to just fill and make good. Top tip: use easy fill from any good builders merchants. Btw if it doesn't sound hollow when you knock the wall then i would say the plaster hasn't blown and you crack on with some filler

It doesn't show/sound anything wrong with the plaster apart from cracks in the corners , I will paint & if it's still looking bad , then probably will look for full plastering .
