Ford talking about getting first exceptions is foreshadowing some high grade ass kissing towards Trump. The amount of lips Trump is about to have on his ass cheeks is going to be embarrassing.

Even though it sounds cucked, ultimately this stupid trade war will hurt Canadians way more than it will hurt Americans despite both being affected. We don’t want this.

There probably is some placating and ass kissing. I wish I could say shove it to Trump but the economy and well being of Canadians are at stake and that should be at the forefront of Doug and Carney’s mind.

Long term obviously Canada and the rest of the world will look to shift how it will do trade to America’s utter detriment, but short term I think avoiding a trade war should be what we want.

Yep, pretty cringe. I wanted to die after that meeting when the one person described Lutnick’s proposals as “masterclass”.

Ford is the only one to actually push Trump to weak breaking point. The day Ford hit the U.S. with energy exports tax, Trump officials caved and stopped their moronic “retaliatory” tariffs.

Short term we attempt to dodge tariffs if we can, long term we diversify trade because America is insane. If we have to send Doug Ford down to plant his lips on Trumps ass I'm kind of OK with it in the short term as well as we keep diversifying. We should not lift our tariffs unless America lifts theirs though, get fucked bourbon breweries.
