Paid Request Canvas portrait painting of my passed cat

I few years ago I had someone do an 11x14 canvas portrait of our family dog. I now want one of my cat that passed last year. I would pay for shipping and the artwork itself. I am located in the continental United States. I have attached the artwork example of my dog and have also attached the photo of my cat I would like you to recreate (it doesn't have to be an exact recreation, just wanted to capture her and the image on the monitor as it appears in the photo). I would be fine with the same size painting or slightly bigger than 11x14.

Budget: 100-200$ for the portrait and then however much for shipping on top of that. Thank you.

Hi, I’m so sorry for your loss. I would like to do this for you. I draw in a semi realistic style, it’s not exactly what you’re asking for since it’d be with pencils and paper (and framed) but maybe you can give it a chance. I’ll attach my portfolio here:
