Free Request Can You Please Bring This Bird-Dude to Life?

Alright, this little guy is a characterized representation of my new fantasy race, the Ifritai, and since I'm not super great at drawing, I wondered if any of you fine and generous artists would like to give it a shot?

If you don't like the clothing (his vest), feel free to add or remove what you wish, as long as it seems as if a crow may like it (key: shiny)!

I want to see what you guys can come up with. Have fun!
