We used to have one near where I live, big open car park where everyone used to go to smoke weed and drift cars. There was a pub about a 2 minute walk away. They ended up, understandably, having so many noise complaints that they put curbs round the whole lot. They lost about 10 parking spaces to it but there’s no way anyone can drift in there anymore
