Looks like a "bang" (Pronounced bahng, rather than bayng), usually a fish stick/ meat stick eaten as snacks that you find in asian food stores! The white and black stuff on it though? Totally not sure đ

Meat sticks are not like jerky. Meat sticks are literally sausages. Jerky is dried strips of meat.

For anyone wondering, that is a popular brand of medical suppositories sold in health markets in Vietnam. It's supposed to help with digestion and gut health. You do not eat it however! It goes up the other end.
