I see an issue with your data. By telling everyone it's about discrimination upfront, only those who have been discriminated against may be compelled to respond. Others may see it and think "doesn't apply to me" and not respond. By that you will accidentally skew your data to mostly discrimination. "OMG! There is 99% discrimination in our industry!"

That won't be helpful. Tail wagging the dog.

To make any meaningful projections, you need EVERYONE to respond and not have the topic shift the outcome.

Simply encourage them to reply generically. Keep the part about it being short time.

I completely understand that. I’m more concerned with finding which groups feel they are discriminated against the most and how it affects them rather than the overall percentage. I figured advertising it like this would actually convince more people to take it than if it was just a general media survey.
