Looks it to me, good find.

Pro tip for finding dropped screws: Use a flashlight and light the floor horizontally. The object will cast a shadow and make it easy to find.

Looks like it’s between your middle finger and ring finger where they connect to your palm

draw an imaginary line from the foot to the white door frame, go about halfway then look slightly up and left

If you split the pic into thirds, it’s near the bottom right of the top left section

I think you got it but I can’t quite picture how you’re splitting it in thirds. Like pie slices or rectangles?

Rectangles, like the rule of thirds in photography. You split it into thirds both horizontally and vertically, and where the lines cross are where your eyes are naturally drawn to in pictures

draw perpendicular lines from the door frame and the wheel of the cart. Screw is approximately at the intersection of the two lines (up and left from the center of the photo)
