Looked up what a wagtail is, so searched for yellow or black, I see the dark spot on the left side of the white foreground rock, it's the kind with black spots on head & chest

the big white rock lower right corner, about 10 o’clock you can make out it’s dark head

I have no idea, to be honest. The whole place looked like the doors of Moria, with a completely random body of water near the rocks, I suppose it was manmade but I don't know for what purpose.
