2x07, after Zoom gave Barry the ass-kicking of his life and broke his back (why he’s in a wheelchair). And Caitlin got kidnapped by Grodd, so Harry dressed up as Wellsobard (who Grodd calls “father” and was manipulated by RF) in order to rescue her
