Are you part of the Shoshone or Paiute nations? How are you going to get them water when the groundwater becomes contaminated?

You aren't. You are going to refine it where and the way it makes sense because it's cheaper in the long run to do it that way.

My lower pasture was sitting under 8 in of water this past deluge, can you wrap it up and get it to a Paiute family for me? Just because I have an assoad of water here in CT doesn't mean NV has plenty.
