Liquid Rescale for GIMP 3.0?

Is liquid rescale available for Gimp 3.0.x ? Or is there something similar to it for easy stretching of images?

Edit: I'm using Gimp on Mac OS

Not as flexible as liquid-rescale but there is a seam carving filter in the Gimp gmic plugin

Hello I could only find this old information in a hurry.

I have not yet tried whether the plug-in still works. Maybe you can find something similar in the more than 600 G'Mic plug-ins.
