Physics SL Arora New Simplified Physics, it has advanced content too and can be used for competitive exams like NEET, JEE as well. It's too good for board preparation. Designed to be a self-study course, without guidance of any teachers needed. You don't really need ncert if you have this and it has extra content too, so filter according to what you need and study, but everything is completely explained. This has an excellent question bank in itself, however, new exam formats have competency based questions, which are 50 % of your questions in boards acc. to cbse. Use Arihant Physics Competency based questions book. This'll give you an extra edge.
Chemistry try Xam Idea Class 12 chemistry, good book especially for organic and has an integrated question bank. Use Arihant Chemistry Competency based questions book, for that extra edge. All the competency based books are short, just chapterwise worksheets essentially but absolutely necessary for board preparation.
Biology- only ncert will do. No need to go for any external guide books when you've got ncert. Anything else for biology is a waste of time tbh. Everything is explained in ncert except for a few things like RNAi - rna interference , the actual rna interference is a bit complicated so ncert level content is enough. Some specific things concepts such as hormonal changes during menstrual cycle, gametogenesis, pedigree analysis, etc watch videos on youtube before reading it to understand it thoroughly. The topic and sub-topic headings inside each chapter, which we often don't pay attention to, are your questions and the content is the answer. Keep that in mind and study.
Mathematics - I don't really have an idea. I'm a PCB student.
