Trying to find a HIIT course/programme I took some 10 years ago

Hey!

Just as the title says, I am trying to find a HIIT course I took about 10 years ago and Google isn’t googling this time.

What I remember is that the course was paid, not free. It came in the form of videos you would play and follow along at home. I think it had different levels of intensity. And a weekly plan.

I also remember the instructor. He was a black man, super energetic but encouraging/understanding at the same time. I liked his vibe.

He was doing the routine with a small class of students behind him. I think it they were in a gym..?

Not much to go on, I know, but the course was very popular back then. That’s how I found out about it, by searching online and it kept showing up.

I’m hoping someone will remember it since it was famous 10(ish) years ago. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

P.s. I think it had a name, I’m 80% it had a distinct name. Like it wasn’t named after the trainer.

Hmmm, could be. I remember him being younger and the program had something like “max” in the title..? Not 100% sure he’s the guy. But good guess, I like his videos. Will give him a try. Thank you! ✌🏻

No, but I found the workput thanks to your comment!!! It was on Google Images next to P90x. The workout I was looking for is called Insanity by Shaun T. Thank you so much ‼️‼️‼️
